Microsoft authenticator not showing code - I need QR Code for Setup authenticator App after Reset of mobile phone

How can I change the one account to do a number match authentication? Others Options are mit enabled for My Account.

I manage a few microsoft accounts, and all of them I use microsoft authenticator 'passwordless'.

This is troubling because there's not much more information shown to know if it's my request or someone else with really good timing.

My main account will instead just show 2 buttons on my phone - Approve - Disapprove - and on the logging in screen will only say to approve the sign-in from my phone.
